ADAMS HOUSE

10,000 square foot, 14 suite addition and renovation to an established assisted living community in south Tampa. A new dining room and resident lounge rounded out the program. The design solution called for a clean, classic look, with white siding and black shutters, recalling several of the stately homes along nearby Bayshore Boulevard. The interior palette uses warm tones for the finishes, oil-rubbed hardware, and traditional moulding details.
