LAWN AVENUE RESIDENCE

Tampa, Florida

Given the house’s subtropical location, cues were taken from the traditional vernacular of the area, along with Caribbean influences, while also pushing the design forward based on the owner’s lifestyle and love of minimalist spaces. The operative throughout the entire design process became “tropical modern”. These words evoke images of open, airy spaces with ample daylight, clean lines, and a simple, low-maintenance material palette.
