This project is the headquarters for an agency specializing in travel packages to Eastern Block countries. Fenestration plays a large role in the concept for this LEED Silver building that takes advantage of natural daylight, while screening the occupants from the hot Florida sun. A colorful and playful stair tower with punched vertical windows at the front entrance adds a warm touch to the modern facade.
