Full shell design services for a manufacturer of medical tubing. Utilizing concrete tilt wall construction, this 58,000 square foot building has an interior clear height of 30 feet in the production space. This height allows for a 15,000 square foot office level along the north and east walls, connected by a two-story glass entry lobby. In addition to the production spaces, the program calls for a fitness center with a half basketball court and locker rooms, an employee cafe, and large training rooms with breakout spaces for employee interaction.
